2017 Awards Banquet and Annual Meeting of Members

Let's get together...

...for delicious catered dining, joyful conversation, year-end awards, fun pictures, bountiful raffle items and elegant silent auction baskets.

Of course the evening is not comprised entirely of fun and games--this is also the Annual Meeting of the club, in which we vote on a slate of incoming board members and get a report from the current board on activities and financial status--so it is important that you come!

Our super chefs, Christina and Eric Thorsted,  are planning a delicious dinner for you and all of it, plus libations and dessert, is compliments of the BISC. The beverage selection includes sparkling punch, wine, beer, coffee and tea.

Following our dinner, a brief general meeting of members will be convened to review our year’s events, vote on pressing significant issues and to elect our 2018 board members.

While this event is free to our annual members and their families, there is a charge of $20/adult and $10/child for non-members. Members do not need to register here – You should have already received an “Evite” from Jackie Chipman. Please check your in-boxes if you have not already opened and replied to that Evite and RSVP quickly. Non-members, please use this online registration form to let us know you will attend and help us plan our food and seating. Prepayment is required.

Barns may wish to coordinate and reserve tables in advance. Please let Jackie Chipman know if you wish to reserve a table(s) for your barn family.

Then it is on to year-end awards!

Throughout the evening the raffle and silent auction tables will be open and available for bidding. Tickets can be purchased at the door. All the proceeds from these tables support our club, so partake heartily! 

Whether you're coming or not...

Please consider donating an item for the raffle and/or the silent auction. Raffle items can range anywhere in value from $5 to $50, while silent auction items typically exceed $50 in value. In the past, barns have worked collaboratively on the creation of a Silent Auction Basket of like or coordinated items.
