Dear BISC Members,

A Kindly Reminder...Please join us this Saturday at noon at the Saddle Club for a brief member meeting to review and vote on some proposed changes to 2019 membership levels recommended by the Board.  These recommendations have come out of our 2019 budgeting process and assessment of financial viability, along with a concerted commitment to simplify our processes.

Adults 19 yrs and older, if you cannot attend, please complete and sign this Proxy Form to allow someone else in attendance to represent you in the vote.  We must meet our quorum in order to move ahead with these changes.  Proxies must be presented at or before the meeting to count.  You may name our secretary Stina Pena as your proxy, if you are unsure of who to name.

This meeting will immediately follow a community-wide equestrian work party  at Manzanita Park, adjacent to the Club, from 9am-12pm.  We hope you will consider supporting our BI Parks & Rec in this way who maintains the equestrian trails on the Island, as well as the access road to our Club.
