Registration is complete when classes are selected and payment is received.

Yes, this is an "in person" event!  Due to COVID-19, additional protocols will be in place. Masks will be required when not on a horse.  6' physical distancing must be maintained. Each competitor will be allowed a trainer, a guardian and 2 spectators...sorry, no additional visitors at this time.  

Rides will be grouped by barn/trainer, classes run in order of fence height (not by division) to reduce crowding at the facility and streamline the show. The riding schedule will be strictly followed; gates will not be held. Rides may be forfeited without refund if rider is not at gate. Sorry, no cancellations or refunds unless class or show is cancelled by BISC. Classes must be designated prior to registration deadline to get a ride time.
